What is the usage period for the design templates purchased from Cream Work?

The usage period for each design template is licensed for your exclusive use based on your choice at the time of purchase. You can select from various options, including but not limited to 4 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

What happens during the selected usage period?

During the chosen usage period, the design template will be temporarily removed from our inventory and will not be available for purchase by any other customers.

Can I modify the design template during the usage period?

Each design template can be customized on a monthly basis throughout the usage period (e.g., if you choose a 4-month usage, the template can be customized once each month). For every customization, you are allowed one revision for the template.

What happens when the usage period ends?

After the chosen usage period has elapsed, the design template will be made available for purchase by other customers.

Is the usage period transferable?

No, the license for the design template is non-transferable. You may not sell, resell, license, or sublicense the template to any third parties without prior written consent from Cream Work.

What if I need a longer or different usage period?

You may renew your usage period at the end of the current term. Please contact us for more details on extending your usage period or to discuss available options.

What if a design template doesn’t have a specified usage period?

If a design template does not have a set usage period, it means the template is available for multiple customers to purchase and use simultaneously. The template will not be exclusive to a single customer.

What’s the revision fee?

The first revision for each template is included in your purchase. Additional revisions may incur a fee. Please contact our customer service for specific pricing on extra revisions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept direct bank transfer at the moment. If you have a preferred payment method that you would like us to consider, please feel free to provide your feedback, and we will consider adding more payment options in the future.

How are design templates with a usage period sold?

Design templates with a usage period are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The customer who completes payment first will secure the template.

What occurs if a duplicate order is placed for a template that has already been sold?

If a duplicate order is received, we will either issue a refund or allow a replacement with a different template of equal price. For lower-priced replacements, we’ll refund the difference; for higher-priced ones, the customer must pay the balance.
